Convo E-Therapy makes mental health support accessible to every young person in Kenya — at 50% off, always.
Overwhelming pressure around exams, results, university applications, and what comes next.
Racing thoughts, social anxiety, fear of failure, constant worry — therapy gives you the tools to manage it.
Persistent sadness, numbness, withdrawal, or loss of motivation. You are not alone, and you do not have to push through alone.
Navigating friendships, romantic relationships, breakups, and family conflict during formative years.
Questions about who you are, where you fit, body image, sexuality, and finding your sense of self.
Processing what happened to you — abuse, loss, violence, or anything that changed your sense of safety.
The pressure to perform online, comparison culture, cyberbullying, and feeling alone in a connected world.
Difficult home environments, parental conflict, sibling dynamics, or feeling unsupported at home.
Finishing school, starting university, moving out, first job — growing up is harder than people make it look.
We've made the process as simple and low-pressure as possible. No long forms. No waiting lists. Just a conversation.
Every therapist below has specialist experience working with adolescents, students, and young adults across Kenya and East Africa.

For clients aged 16 and above, you can book sessions independently. For clients under 16, parental or guardian consent is required. All sessions remain confidential between you and your therapist regardless.
No. All sessions are strictly confidential. What you share with your therapist stays between the two of you. The only exceptions are if there is a serious risk to your safety — your therapist will explain this clearly in your first session.
Simply tell us your age when you book — on the form or during your discovery call. No ID upload or proof required. The 50% rate applies automatically for anyone aged 13–24.
The discovery call is a free 10-minute conversation with a Convo team member. We find out what you're going through, what you're looking for in a therapist, and personally match you with the best-fit therapist on our platform. No pressure, no sales pitch.
Yes. Sessions run fully online via secure video, phone, or text chat — from any device, anywhere with internet. Many of our young clients attend from their dorm room, a quiet corner of campus, or their bedroom at home.
Absolutely. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you're feeling consistently stressed, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself — that is reason enough to talk to someone.
Take the first step today. Free discovery call. No pressure. Just support.
