Minimum requirements.
We maintain high clinical standards to protect our clients. All applicants must meet the following criteria:
Recognised degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or a related mental health discipline
Active registration with a recognised professional body (KPA, KSCPA, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience
Experience delivering one-on-one therapy (in-person or online)
Reliable internet connection and a private, confidential space for sessions
Commitment to client confidentiality and professional ethics codes
Willing to complete the Convo E-Therapy onboarding interview
Based in Kenya or East Africa (diaspora considered for specific specialties)
