Hi, I’m Lorna Karumba, a dedicated counselling psychologist and mental health advocate passionate about guiding individuals, families, and communities toward emotional wellness and meaningful change.
With extensive experience in clinical, community, and virtual counselling, I have supported clients through:

My journey in mental health has taken me from Chiromo Lane Medical Center to Kenyatta University Wellness Center, the GBV National Helpline (1195), and UNESCO Tandem Online Therapy. These experiences have allowed me to walk with students, professionals, survivors, and families—helping them find healing, clarity, and practical coping strategies.
