Adhmina Meghji is a Psychological Trainee and Child & Adolescent Therapist with experience supporting children, adolescents and families with emotional, behavioural and developmental concerns. Her work focuses on child and adolescent mental health, neurodiversity, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation and developmental support. She currently works with clients at Kipepeo Therapies in Nairobi under professional supervision, where she manages an individual caseload and provides therapeutic support to children and young people.

Adhmina also has experience supporting school-based interventions and assisting with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments, including behavioural observation, evaluation and reporting. Her therapeutic approach is warm, child-centred, strengths-based and developmentally informed. She aims to provide a safe space where children and young people can express themselves, understand their emotions, recognise their strengths and develop healthier ways of coping with challenges.
