I’m a Counselling Psychologist working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about the direction their life is taking. Many of the people I work with are dealing with anxiety, emotional pressure, unresolved experiences, or the quiet weight of trying to “hold it together†for everyone else.
